On Cloud Canine is a Fear Free Certified Pet Sitter and is committed to preventing and alleviating fear, anxiety and stress for your pet(s). This may mean working with you or your veterinarian to determine the necessary course of actions should it become unsafe for the sitter or pet(s) to be handled, medicated, or walked.

Due to State Laws, we require all canine, feline, and ferret friends to be vaccinated against Rabies for pet care services.

To the best of your knowledge, your pet is healthy and any/all illnesses are being managed with proper medication prescribed by a veterinarian. 

  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining half of the balance will be processed the morning of the first scheduled visit. The amount must be paid in advance of services being rendered by the Provider. 

 If your reservation is subject to change, please let us know as soon as possible.  

In an effort to streamline processes and to reduce our impact on the planet, we accept the following payment forms: ACH Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

 Please note services will not be rendered if final payment has not been received on the day of the first visit. 

 Additional fees may include the purchase of necessary items for care of the pet including but not limited to: food, litter, cleaning supplies, extensive mess clean-ups (starting at $15), transportation, unexpected visits and emergency medical care. 

On Cloud Canine will submit any receipts with the invoice after the services have been completed. 

Due to the commitment of our Pet Sitters to your scheduled dates, in addition to turning away other business due to your personal reservation, deposits and full payments will not be refunded for any reason. This includes cancellations, early returns or late departures. Credits may be issued at On Cloud Canine's discretion at the time of cancellation. Full refunds will not be offered.

 If you modify an existing reservation, you may still be responsible for your previously booked visits due to our prior commitment to your reservation.  Credits may be issued at On Cloud Canine's discretion. Full refunds will not be offered. 

To ensure your pets continued health and safety, we require notification when you have returned home from vacation. Please message your sitter via the Time to Pet app.

      In the event there is an unannounced individual at the home or in the home at the time of a scheduled visit all attempts will be made to contact you to confirm the person’s identity. The sitter will wait 15 minutes for the person to leave or their identity to be confirmed. For the safety of the pet sitter, the pet sit will not be performed if they are unable to reach you.

    For the safety of your pet and our sitter there may be a temporary delay in service due to hazardous weather conditions such as tornado warnings, severe winter weather, or flash flooding. In the event a pet sit needs to be cancelled or post-poned for several hours, we ask you to have a back up in place; such as a neighbor. 

  On Cloud Canine reserves the right to refuse any requested service at our discretion. This may be based on the animals age, vaccinations, behavior, general health or other contributing factors.
