Yes, we do! For overnight stays, one of our experienced pet sitters will stay in your home from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. to help your pets stick to their usual nighttime routine. While we aim to keep the same sitter for overnights to provide consistency, midday and dinner visits may be handled by other team members. Rest assured—everyone on our team is personally trained to understand your pets’ unique needs and routines, so they feel comfortable and cared for no matter the time of day.

Yes! We’re a dedicated team of professional pet sitters and dog walkers—not independent contractors. All of our employees are background checked and hold dual certifications in pet care and pet first aid/CPR. Hiring W2 employees allows us to provide full insurance coverage, dishonesty bonding, and most importantly, maintain consistent quality and safety standards across the board.

Many of our team members are also Fear Free Certified, with others actively working toward it. This means we’re trained to understand your pet’s body language and behavior, helping us provide low-stress, compassionate care that keeps your pet comfortable—and gives you peace of mind. Plus, having a strong, well-trained team ensures we always have coverage, even in unexpected situations.

Not necessarily. Because our team is made up of W2 employees, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance; which means our staff do not work around the clock. Instead, they work assigned shifts (morning/afternoon or evening/late night), allowing us to provide consistent, high-quality care throughout the day. While the same person may not visit every time, rest assured that our team is trained to communicate clearly with each other and with you. If we notice anything unusual with your pet or home, we’ll make sure you're informed right away.

We provide services for dogs, cats, birds, small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters, and large animals such as goats, pigs, horses and donkeys. 

Our daycare enrollment process begins with a comprehensive lifestyle evaluation, followed by a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet. After that, we schedule five consecutive visits, starting with a social evaluation to assess your pet’s comfort and behavior in our environment. If your pet passes the evaluation, we move forward with four introductory days—either half or full days—spread out over two weeks. This gradual approach helps ensure a smooth and positive transition into our daycare program.

Yes, we are licensed in the state of Ohio. We carry insurance and bonding protection for you, your pets, your home, and us. We also carry workers compensation to protect us and our employees while on your property.
