We’ll never rush through a session just to "get it done." Instead, we work with you and your pet to build trust and a lasting, calm experience.
If your pet is having elevated levels of FAS, we may recommend scheduling confidence-building visits to build a trusting and cooperative relationship. We may also recommend PVP's (Pre-Visit Pharmaceuticals) at the discretion of your veterinarian.

Grace joined the On Cloud Canine team in Fall 2025 and brings with her a deep-rooted passion for helping dogs feel safe, understood, and loved. Originally from Copley, Grace began working with dogs at just 15 years old, where she played an active role in rehabilitating dogs rescued from the streets. Through patience, positive interactions, and consistent care, she helped these dogs rebuild trust and gain confidence; an experience that shaped her compassionate and intuitive approach to animal care.
Grace especially loves building strong connections with each dog she meets, watching their personalities blossom, and bringing joy, comfort, and a little humor into their day. Whether she’s supporting a shy pup or playing with a social butterfly, she’s dedicated to making every experience a positive one.
At home, Grace has a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Rosie, who is her adventure buddy and best friend. Together, they enjoy scenic walks, swimming in the summer, and exploring new places. Outside of work, Grace loves traveling, spending time with friends, and relaxing by the lake, especially if there’s a sunset involved.
Currently enrolled in the Cleveland Grooming Academy, Grace is continuing to expand her skillset and deepen her understanding of canine care.
If her friends had to describe her in three words, they’d say: determined, funny, and caring; and we couldn’t agree more.
